Chicago-based Them Damn Kids will perform on Thursday, July 9, at 7:30 p.m. as part of The Gelato Fiasco’s Thursday Night Concert Series. The Gelato Fiasco Flagship Store is located at 74 Maine Street in Brunswick. Admission is free.
Them Damn Kids formed nine years ago, when the two primary songwriters met while attending a Catholic seminary. They decided against priesthood and have since released four albums, four EPs, and a seven-inch vinyl record.
Thursday’s performance is part of the tour for the band’s latest full-length release, “Arm Yourself with Perspicacity.” It will feature the band’s primary songwriter, Chris Darby, along with Columbus, Ohio-based singer and songwriter Eric Nassau.
