Not satisfied with using just coconut cream or just coconut flakes, we use both to create a light, creamy flavor that has no equal. We cook milk from Maine farms, coconut cream, and sugar to create a base, and twist in handfuls of toasted coconut flakes to further magnify the flavor.
If you’re looking to make this into a party of two, consider adding Strawberry Balsamic Sorbetto for a fruit and coconut combination.
While others may consider this flavor exotic, we think it’s so great that we’ve included it on our core pint selection that is available at Hannaford, Roche Bros., and most independent grocery stores.
