You might find him humming “I Can See for Miles” while making strong coffee.
Tell us about yourself.
I go to college at LaSalle University in Philadelphia, where I major in English writing and biology. I like alternative music, like classic rock – The Who is my ultimate favorite. I spend some time volunteering at the Brunswick Teen Center and for Midcoast Hunger Prevention. I’m big on outdoor activities, like hiking and camping.
What’s your favorite outdoor place?
The Kancamagus area of the White Mountains in New Hampshire.
Let’s say you’re in the White Mountains for a few days and come across a Gelato Fiasco outpost. What flavor do you want to find?
Orange Basil Sorbetto. I honestly would have never thought of putting these flavors together. Fruit and herbs – they really work.
What’s your favorite drink here?
It’s between the God of Thunder roast and the Peruvian Blend roast. Dark is usually the way to go.
Who’s your favorite superhero?
Well, Aquaman never gets any cred.
What’s your favorite vegetable?
Butternut squash. Make it with honey and cinnamon and doll it up with those fall spices.
What’s your Gelato Fiasco fantasy?
“Throwdown! with Bobby Flay.” He walks into The Gelato Fiasco and challenges us to a gelato throwdown. And then he pretty much walks out the door in tears because of the whooping he gets.
