From Moosehead to Greenday and Miles Davis to Ginger gelato, meet our resident renaissance man.
What are your interests?
Snowboarding in the winter. I love to be outdoors in the winter — actually, I love to be outdoors in general. I kayak, canoe, camp.
What’s your favorite outdoor spot in Maine?
Moosehead Lake. It’s so serene in the morning. Baxter State Park is up there, too. Looking out from one of the peaks, it’s just incredible. Deepest woods I’ve been.
You’re into music, too?
Yeah. I’ve had a radio show at WBOR, and hope to have one this summer, too.
Favorite music?
I range from Miles Davis to Neil Young to Green Day. I’m all over the map.
What’s your top gelato choice?
Ginger will always be my favorite. I just really love that consistency that enhances the ginger.
Let’s say you’re kayak-wrecked on a deserted island. What’s your drink of choice?
Double Iced Mocha Latte. It’s good and chocolatey — you get the balance of chocolate and coffee.
Who’s your favorite super hero?
The Thing: He’s a little bit Hulk, but not.
And your top Gelato Fiasco fantasy?
Running on the beach with a pint of gelato running into my arms.
Peter is also our senior flightpath coordinator.
