Kate Furbish School opened in the middle of the pandemic and couldn’t have a proper celebration at the time. We’re scooping the school spirit this September with a special gelato flavor made with milk from Maine farms, fragrant lavender flowers, real honey, and stracciatella-style chocolate chips.
