When Josh and Bruno founded Gelato Fiasco, it was simply a gelato shop. But soon people began asking if they’d ever be able to find our gelato at their local grocery stores. In response, we began hand-packing pints at our Brunswick store and selling them to local markets eight at a time.
Today, we still make small batches with incredible care and hand-pack each pint. We’ve used our gelato shops as laboratories to experiment with new flavors and improve old ones. Every single batch of gelato is created in Brunswick with milk from family farms, cane sugar, and real fruits, nuts, chocolates, or confections. Sorbetto flavors are naturally dairy free.
