Recipe: Hot Toddy

Hot Toddy

Need to warm up during a cold winter night? Here’s our suggestion for a Hot Toddy with Caramel Sea Salt Gelato.

You’ll need:
1 cup water
1 tablespoon honey
2 oz. bourbon
2 cinnamon sticks
2 strips of lemon peel
2 scoops of Caramel Sea Salt Gelato


Method:
Heat water, honey, cinnamon sticks, and lemon peel over a low flame until the water is just about to start simmering. Remove from the heat, add the bourbon, and separate the liquid into two glasses. Garnish each with a cinnamon stick and a strip of lemon peel, and, the moment before serving, add a scoop of gelato to each glass. Delight!
